These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the EVSPEER mobile application provided by AEV (AEV CLEANTECH INDIA). By accessing or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the App.
*Use License:*
AEV grants Users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. This license allows Users to:
– Use the App for the purpose of locating EV charging centers, booking EV servicing, and accessing related information.
– Download one copy of the App on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
*User Responsibilities:*
Users agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information when using the App.
– Not engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
– Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms and conditions.
*Limitations:*
AEV shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App. AEV makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided through the App.
*Intellectual Property:*
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AEV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
*Changes to Terms:*
AEV reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the App after any revisions become effective, Users agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is the responsibility of the User to review the Terms periodically.
*Termination:*
AEV may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
*Governing Law:*
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of High Court Of Odisha without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
